                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   RIGHT-OF-WAY AND CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT FROM
                   IRENE KEETON WALTERS, RELATIVE TO THE
                   GUNBARREL ROAD WIDENING PROJECT, TRACT NO.
                   62, FOR A CONSIDERATION OF THREE THOUSAND,
                   FORTY DOLLARS ($3,040.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a right-of-way and construction easement from Irene
       Keeton Walters, relative to the Gunbarrel Road Widening Project,
       Tract No. 62, for a consideration of $3,040.00.
